About Author

Born on November 19, 1975, in Rzeszów, Poland, Greg has been fascinated by motorcycles from an early age. As a kid, he would climb onto his uncles’ motorcycles, checking how much longer his legs needed to grow before his feet could finally reach the ground. Once they did, he bought his first moped, then his first motorcycle, and childhood dreams slowly began turning into reality. It started with trips through Poland’s Bieszczady Mountains, followed by journeys farther and farther from home. But the real long-distance adventures began after he moved to the United States. First came motorcycle rallies in Daytona, Laconia, and Sturgis. Then came journeys across continents. His motorcycle adventure continues to this day.

A motorcycle is a magnificent machine. Some even claim that it has a soul. Yet without its rider, a motorcycle remains merely a machine—an inanimate object. A man, on the other hand, without a motorcycle is simply a man. In order to become a motorcyclist, he needs a motorcycle. Individually, they have limited capabilities; nevertheless, when they join forces, they form an invincible team—a symbiosis of man and machine, where biology merges with technology to form an extraordinary duo.

“At Last, the Moment Has Come…”

After years of wandering from one newspaper and magazine to another, my motorcycle stories—written here in America—have finally found a place they can call home. A harbor where tales of biker adventures can spill across ink-covered pages, filled not only with words meant to fire the imagination, but also with photographs capturing the journeys along the way.
Although articles on the subjects closest to me have occasionally found their way into Polish-American publications, somewhere in the back of my mind an idea had long been waiting for its chance to emerge: to create a publication that would bring together a rather unique group of people—motorcyclists of Polish heritage, both Polish- and English-speaking.
And so, with an oil storm brewing in my head, I greased the gears of my imagination and let the machinery of my mind run at full speed. Ideas began turning into action, and suddenly there was no stopping it.
Full steam ahead! Wild Mustangs unleashed, charging forward on all cylinders—those steeds of steel!

The First Book

After many years of writing about my travels for both Polish-American and Polish publications, a moment finally arrived that was truly significant for me—and, I hope, for my readers as well. With the upcoming world premiere in New York of a custom Harley built by the incredible team at Game Over Cycles in Rzeszów, the decision was made to combine the two premieres and mark the occasion with the release of a book chronicling my motorcycle adventures.

In this book, I try to take the reader to places both near and far, scattered across different corners of the globe. Whenever possible, I also offer a taste of motorcycle exploration through regions largely inaccessible to conventional vehicles and places still relatively untouched by modern civilization.

And that is how my first book in the BLOG ON THE HOG series, TASMANIAN ROOSTER, finally saw the light of day.

The magazine was also intended for anyone interested in Polish motorcycle culture, while its online edition reached readers on nearly every continent.

POLISH RIDER MAGAZINE was published from 2019 to 2023.
